Responsibilities: Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and care to patients within the Nurse Practitioner scope of practice. Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure multidisciplinary patient-centred care. Lead the development and implementation of Clinical Practice Guidelines. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety. Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and medical record management Selection criteria: Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA as a Nurse Practitioner Postgraduate Qualification : Master of Nurse Practitioner Extensive experience in primary care nursing, with advanced clinical assessment and problem-solving skills Demonstrated understanding and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures. A commitment to quality improvement and evidence-based practice. Must have full working rights for Australia (i.e. Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia/New Zealand, or a current, valid visa with no restrictions).
